KidZania : Checked-in to the land of grown ups!

And so the much awaited day came and we were up early eagerly awaiting for our departure to the land of grown ups!

We arrived at the airport and with usual procedure check ourselves in at the check-in counter.

Cavan waiting for his documents to be verified by Air Asia's staff at the check-in counter. He's so happy coz this is his first time "flying" to where? all the way to the City of Kidz (KidZania) in Kuala Lumpur :p

Successfully check-in, he was given a boarding pass, cheque for 50 kizzos and the map of KidZania City.

We proceeded to the departure hall and scouted for the bank (CIMB) to cash out the cheque. It is then time to start looking for an occupation to try out. Some establishment you have to use your kizzos for purchase eg. making burger, driving etc.. It's indicated clearly at the establishment. A "+Z" means you need to work and earn kizzos, a "-Z" means you need to use your kizzos while learning a skill at the same time. So its not all losses. You get to learn something out of it.

Along the departure hall, we spotted the aircraft hovering above us. Arrived at the Departure Gate and were given a tag each. This is the security feature in KidZania for each time a kid enters and leave the establishment, his tag will be scanned.

I was transported into another realm upon stepping into the world of KidZania. It's everything you see in our daily lives but the size of our kids! hehehe....

First thing first, to cash out the cheque. So into CIMB we go which is the only bank there btw. Came out happy with CASH on hand :))

With this on hand, we begun our 5 hours journey playing grown ups! Stay tuned...... :D
